First Cardiologist Appointment and Second Swallow Study

Brida had her cardiologist appointment and swallow test on Friday.  Her cardiologist said she was looking good and her weight gain is "on track".  She had an ECG done and everything looked good there as well.  Brida did not appreciate all the wires though:

Brida failed her swallow study.  She was able to drink more than during her first study, but she eventually aspirated silently.  This means she will need to keep her N-J tube in until her next study on 8/3.

Earlier in the week, Brida had her first bath at home.  We had to take a picture for her future embarrassment:

We allowed Maggie to hold her sister for the first time this week.  The only problem with this was that she didn't want to let her go.  We will think twice before we do this again :-).

Brida went to church for the first time this morning.  She slept during the whole Mass.  Some friends from church got to meet Brida.  The unanimous opinion is that she is adorable.  This week Brida will be meeting with her pediatrician for her first check-up.
